  • I understand that when you finally decide on which skin care product you want, you are ready to use it right away!! While I do ask for 2-3 days for processing, often times my orders are able to be shipped on the same day.

  • I will gladly accept cancellations if you change your mind, and the cancellation is requested before the item has shipped.

    Due to the nature of my products, I do not offer returns. That being said, I want you to be happy with your purchase and will work with you to find an acceptable solution, if there is an issue with your order.

    Once tracking number has been provided, no changes can be made to order. If the shipping address given is incorrect and is returned, it's the buyer's responsibility to pay for new shipping.

  • I typically use USPS for shipping, first class or priority. On occasion, UPS or FedEx is a cheaper option. During the processing, I look to find the fastest, most cost-effective way to get your items to you.

  • I am happy to help you save some money by offering local pickup in Maiden, NC. Local delivery may be an option as well within the surroundings cities. Please ask.

  • I would be thrilled to fill your wholesale order. The soaps do require a 4-week cure time before they are able to be sold, so advanced notice will be necessary. Other products can be created much faster.

  • Do you have a special occasion coming up that you would like some special-order soaps for?? A bridal shower, baby shower, party favors or other occasion? Let me know what you need, and I am happy to do my best to accommodate special orders. Soaps take 4 weeks to cure so advanced notice is required.
